Wafd travel acts as an agent for the passenger’s rights in making arrangements. It serves to protect your rights with airlines, hotels, buses, and other services offered. Our company assumes no liability for injury, accidents, or death that may be caused by natural causes, disasters, war, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, or land. This also includes any acts of government, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations.
Wafd travel is not held responsible if travel cancellations are brought about by civil commotion, strikes, disasters, war, or events of nature.
Deposit on cancellation will not be refunded
The company is not responsible for personal items such as phones, medicines, or baggage. The risk of damage or theft is at owners own risk.
The policy chosen by the carrier will be based on the airline’s procedure as they determine what will be followed, it is not Wafd Travel’s responsibility.

The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudia Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children

Any travel documents we receive are valuable and will be guarded safely. Please ensure that you are also keeping your documents safe. We are not responsible to replace any lost, damaged, or stolen documents that have not reached us.

Our Agreement with you:
We have taken reasonable care to ensure that all services are provided by an efficient and respectable business. All business at Wafd travel will follow the local and national laws and regulations of the country where they are provided. Individual must be aware of their country’s safety measures and understand that they may differ or be of a lower standard than those in the US.
Finalizing this arrangement means you are accepting the terms of this agreement. You consent to our processing personal information about you and other members of your party.
